Miss BBW International 2012 Rules of Eligibility.
Qualifications for eligibility are that each contestant:-
- Shall not be less than 18 years of age on the 10th November 2012.

Shall be a size 18 or above.
- Be able to make yourself available for finals show.
- Shall not talk to any press, be photographed or give interviews, upload any pictures of competitions or heats onto the World Wide Web without the written consent of the Miss BBW International organizers.
- Shall be a citizen of the country or a member of the club/organization that you are representing. There can be more than one representative from the same country if representing different BBW organizations/clubs/magazines etc. (This competition is open to every BBW on the planet as long as you adhere to and meet with the rules of eligibility).
- Shall be of a cheerful disposition, comfortable in their own skin and confident with their size and not actively promoting obesity.
- Shall be a person whose background is not likely to bring into disrepute The Miss BBW International Competition or Title, Licensee or the Promoter or any person associated with them.
- Shall be a person who has never posed nude.
- Will be able to travel to London, England for the final, finance the trip and any accommodation necessary.
- Shall not have had working weight loss surgery and do not intend to have weight loss surgery before 12th November 2013. (Unless the surgery or weight loss is needed because of life threatening illness, on these grounds then the organisers of Miss BBW International needs to be notified).*
*The reason for this is because this is a plus size beauty pageant and you will be representing plus size women all around the world; therefore ideally we would appreciate it if you would endeavor to maintain your weight of size 18 or above throughout the year that you hold the title.
